Shop Policies

Unless it states otherwise, please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to ship as everything is made to order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Make sure to check your junk mail if you don't see it in your regular inbox. 
Shipping
Due to the Buy and Selling Guidelines set by PayPal, we re unable to change any shipping addresses when you check out using PayPal.
 
International Customers
We are not responsible for any customs/VAT fees. 
Exchanges
Children grow quickly! If your little one had a growth spurt or maybe you just measured incorrectly, not to worry! We now allow exchanges!
You will have to contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date at kenfolkclothing@gmail.com and ship your item(s) back within 1-3 business days of the email. This is ONLY for orders that have been delivered and are current items on our website. This does not mean you can change or alter an order that has not shipped.
Item MUST be returned un-used and in original packaging with your email address, order number and name it was ordered under. If you no longer have original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping of your replacement item(s).
Exchanges are processed and gift cards are issued on Fridays. Replacement orders are processed as new orders and will be subject to the turnaround time stated under each listing.
**GOODY BAGS AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGES**
Order Issues
If there is a defect or issue with an order - please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order so we can help you as quickly as possible. Wear and tear are not covered as a defect.
We do not offer refunds.
 
We are a small family business and value our time with our little ones also. Inquiries will be responded to as fast as possible and within a reasonable timeframe.
